Great Canadian breakfast. Service always very friendly. Price was always OK.

Meal for child very good, adapted and more than reasonable price. Very nice variety of products and dishes (breads, Viennese, coffee lunch, European pizza, coffee, etc.) Friendly atmosphere and for all. However, I found that my coffee tasted the burnt which is, entrusted to me frequent customers, an exception more than a rule

Excellent pizza and the quality of the food too...

Went here with high expectations of amazing breads and interesting options of foods, but found myself in a "overly expensive" bakery/pizzaria with nothing that would let me pick a table and seat. So we brought some bread - that was not that amazing - and left a bit sad.

My favorite place to get almond croissants. The look and feel is great. The food is AMAZING! Great place for a first date

Delicious pastries and breads. Good location for lunch fare or takeout. Location has a unique wood burning pizza oven and they make fresh pizza. As tasty as pizza in Italy. Pizza chef is very passionate. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend

I appreciated very much the service of the pizzaiolo and the quality of the pizza he prepared, he even served us outside with a big smile, he deserve a five stars. But, on the other side, i ordred an other combo breakfast with some hot beverages, to my surprise It was prepared and left on the counter no one told us it was ready or they do not do so or anything... I would have given a one star for this but the pizzaiolo did such a great work he made me change my mind.

The big store feel is misleading as this was one of the nicest bakeries I have ever been to. Cest bon!!

Very good and friendly! Nice staff to that on of Auvergne. Two important points that they must correct however: too many items to put in the trash for a simple meal, too much plastic. Then it's not expensive if you take the trick of the day, but if you want to take an individual sandwich it's $ 10-12 !!, you add a soup that is $ 5! and a liquor, you are returned to $ 20 !!! It does not work at this level

It's OK, we ordered three sandwiches the first being tuna which I found the tuna watery and nothing special. My wife had the vegetable sandwich and she said it was good and my boys had the BLT which they ate but were not impressed.

Everything is delicious at home .... very good coffee! It would be pleasant and reassuring not to see in the back shop your deliverers / employees handling the breads / pastries without gloves ..... not very clean especially by the time that one passes!

We went there 20 minutes before closing. There was small variety of products. The cake we bought was good but very expensive ( don't remember how much exactly).

We went there late and they are about to close, but still served us warmly. Dessert was great and also the pizza. The best Margarita pizza we have ever had, jucy and crispy. I even didnt have time to take picture before we finished it. Highly recommended. And the pizza chef was also very kind and professional.

Paillard is the best place to get Croissant and sweets pastries in Quebec offering amazing quality and flavours. I gave Paillard a 4 stars for its downtown location and i ran to this suburd location when i learned they were doing European Pizza only at this store. Unfortunately. It was not up to level of the rest. Good but nothing amazing... stick to pastries, bread and coffee

For the love of god, please open a store in Ontario. Palliard's coffee and pastry is excellent. We brought two dozen pastry back to Ontario on our way home.

Me and my wife breakfast frequently at Paillard. Their quality of baked goods is what draws me as a European to their store. I also buy regularly bread there (miche paillard) and if my family and i feel for an authentic stone oven pizza , paillard is our go to destination.Unfortunately i can not report the same about their beverages. We've been served hours old, Cold and way too bitter coffee. Even so, after us returning our cups with the obvious complaint...we received Perfectly fine cups of regular coffee. Thats the only reason i can't give more then 4 stars.

Great budget friendly place for breakfast. Drove here 20min every morning from Valcartier Hotel since the options here are much better than in the hotel.

Great coffee shop and pastry place. Has various locations. I visited both the one located in Old Quebec and the one off the beaten path (that was huge). Delicious pastries and the hot chocolate was exceptional. I also took home a pound of coffee and a sleeve of macarons. They were delicious.
